Hi, when we saw this property and its location we immediately fell in love with it. It had everything we wanted. The beauty of 'Caravelle Cove' on the Coral Cay resort is how safe an environment it is in. To know that while on holiday, only holiday residents have access, is a security feature we liked, unlike homes that are not in a community where access is open to all. We own our property unlike many who have foreclosed or gone with your booking funds when you arrive. We are fully state licensed and can be found on the Florida Department of Business Regulation website. Book with us and be secure in the knowledge that your booking is safe with us. We are there and will look after your needs through our Florida manager who will make your holiday to our home smooth and hassle free.
We bought in this area because we love the magic of Disney, Universal, the theme parks and all that Orlando has to offer. Our children (like most) want to be at the parks in minutes not hours, hence the location was ideal. We adults especially like the community areas of the resort. The clubhouse comfort and a theater on site was much to my husband's liking. I particularly loved that I could relax for hours in my own hot tub and didn't need to talk to strangers if I didn't want. Also my size and shape didn't matter! The fact that we were next to fine restaurants when I didn't want to prepare meals was an added bonus. After all, it is my holiday too. Also, the fact my children could go to the fridge and have food on tap when needed is a plus too. Staying is easy, just bring yourself!
Unique benefits of the property
When you book our townhome, your booking is safe. Many holiday makers travel to Florida to find the house does not exist, has gone into foreclosure and have no place to stay. Our home is legal, licensed and managed. When you book with us we pass you to our Florida manager Patti who will provide you with all your booking details. We can put you in contact with recent holiday renters at our property who will be happy to answer questions. If you provide us with a phone number/email address we will contact you in whichever way you request. Please beware homes offered at low rates, if it seems to good to be true it probably is too good to be true. Thank you.
