Gorgeous Ocean Front cliff top home with a private swimming pool There are 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths full kitchen a large central area for combined living room dining room. The laundry / utility room has a full sized washer and drier. You will probably spend most of your time lounging out back on the large deck surrounding the pool. Enjoy the Pacific Sunset while cooking dinner on the wood burning brick BBQ grill. The house is fully equipped including wireless internet, cellular phone signal, satellite TV, DVD, Stereo and air conditioners. The location is excellent with a lot of privacy. There are no visible neighbors with green area on the North side and back of the house. The ocean is to the West in front of the house and a thick hedge on the South side of the house. The Beautiful Santana Beach, the clubhouse, ocean front restaurant, bar, fitness center, and spa are just a 5 minute walk.
