This is our home, a private corner of paradise offered as the perfect vacation spot for you, your family or friends. We call it Casa Brisa Del Estero which means house where breeze coming from close estuary refreshing this lovely spot. Location Perfectly situated on the Pacific Ocean, 2 blocks, secluded Langosta Beach, a National Marine Park where giant Leatherback turtles make their way up the white sand beaches to lay their eggs... A few steps from a world class surfbreak of Langosta and Tamarindo beach and few minutes drive form other famous surf spot like Avellanas and Playa Negra or beautiful Conchal beach Close to Everything! Within a five minute walk: Grocery/beverage store, tour booking and departures, many restaurants, one of the best surf breaks in the area, hotel with casino and wooded areas for bird watching. Langosta surroundings: Tamarindo is the premier beach community in Costa Rica�s Northwest province � Guanacaste. Weekly rates include 2 maid services and every day Night guard service
Rates based on ocupancy of 4 persons.
Extra person rate is 30$ a night.
We really apreciate guest that take care of our house and we can negotiate rate depending of ocupancy and time of the year.

We own in town a spa, a boutique and a concierge company, so our guest can have since regular discount till spa packages included in the deal or up to 20% disc. in any kind of tours, car rentals, national park guided excursion, etc... we can really take care of you since you arrive at the airport with fly arrangments, car rentals, till the day you will say: �I will definetely came back soon�...!!!!
We lived here since more than 10 years and we can recomend and reserve any kind of services with most profesionals providers.
Take in mind also that we can arrange different packages with adventure tours, entire relaxation week with custom spa tratment designed for you at home or at the spa, or we can design a rate to have gourmet breakfast or dinner at home and you can save time and $$$.
Just let us know and we will take care of that.
We accept cash, credit cards, wire transfer payents.
Reservation can be made with 50% downpayment and 50% 30 or 15 days prior arrival depending the season.
Cash rates can be arrange and also If you see open dates and they fit for you just let us know to arrange a deal or include some activities in your rate.
